RESEARCH
I am a doctoral student and a former research collaborator (prae-doc) in the FWF research project Casuistry in Early Modern Spanish Literature (P 32297) by PD.in Mag.a Dr.in Marlen Bidwell-Steiner at the Department of Romance Studies at the University of Vienna. Currently, I am a Junior Fellow at the International Research Center for Cultural Studies (University of Art and Design Linz).

DISSERTATION:

My dissertation project deals with the question of how the ethical and philosophical discussions of the Spanish casuists on the status of human beings as legal persons and their dignity were processed in factual and fictional Spanish and Latin American texts of the early colonial period.
